1.-How to buy

 Buying in Lamarencalma.com is very easy. You only have to follow these steps:

  1. Chose the Category (e.g. Technical Clothing, Technical Equipment, Anchor & Dock, Security on board, etc.) and drill down the available subcategories (e.g. Jackets, Boat Fenders, Buoys, Lifeboats, etc.)
  2. Browse the product/s that you are interested in. By simply clicking, you will get a zoom of the picture to see a bigger and clearer image, the description and the price.
  3. Select a product and add it to the shopping basket. Now you can choose whether to continue shopping or process your order.
  4. If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. If you wish to process the order, register yourself.
  5. Once you have input your data, check that they are correct and press “confirm”.
  6. Make sure that the delivery and billing addresses are correct.
  7. Select a payment method: Transfer, Credit card, Cash on delivery and PayPal.
  8. You will get an e-mai with your order confirmation.

2.-Price list

Do the prices of the products include VAT?

All our product prices include 21% in concept of VAT for the European Union territory, except for those residents in Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla as they are exempt from VAT payment.

Are custom duties and the taxes of the country of destination included in the product price?

Expenses in respect of custom duties, taxes of the country of destination and delivery, are not included in the product price. They must be paid by the customer.

Can the product prices change?

The product prices can be reviewed and changes if required.

What do the products on special offer show?

They show the offer price, list price and end date of the offer or campaign.

These offers will be available until de shown date, unless we run out of stock. In this case, the product will disappear from the web.

 Can the offers be accumulated?

No, they cannot be accumulated among them.

 

 

 

 

3.-Payment methods

What payment methods can be used?

LAMARENCALMA SHOP, S.L has the following payment methods available for its customers:

1.- Bank transfer or Payment on account  (before the shipment)

2.- Credit card

3.- Cash on delivery

4.- Bank money order (direct debit in your bank account)

5.- Pay Pal.

After fulfilling your order, you will receive an e-mail with the account number where the bank transfer or payment must be done. If your select this option, you must send us the receipt by mail info@lamarencalma.com

2.- Credit card

What credit cards can I pay with?

The allowed credit cards are: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, 4B, TARJETA 6000, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and  AMERICAN EXPRESS.

How can I pay by credit card?

You will have to follow the steps that appear in the screen, entering the credit card number, expiry date and the security code.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Lamarencalma is adhered to the secure e-commerce payment methods of the BBVA. All the payment confidential data is encrypted in a SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) to guarantee the maximum security in you buying transactions.

Why could my credit card be denied?

Your credit card can be denied for any of these reasons:

  1. The credit card might be expired. Please, check that the expiration date of your credit card hasn’t been reached.
  2. You could have reached the limit of your credit card. Please, check with your bank that the card hasn’t exceeded the allowed limit to execute your purchases.
  3. It could be that any data input is not correct. Please, check that you have correctly fulfilled all the required information.

 

3.- Cash on delivery

Where can I pay cash on delivery?

In the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands

When will I have to make the payment?

The payment will be made in cash when your order is delivered. The money will be collected by the transportation company when you receive your order.

 Does this payment method have any limitation or cost?

This payment method is only allowed for orders up to 1.000 euros in the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

There is an additional commission of the special delivery company of 3,5% of the order in the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands with a minimum cost of 3€.

 

4.- Bank money order (direct debit in your bank account)

How can I use the Bank Money Order payment method?

You will have to let us know when you are your submitting your order. In this case, your order will have to be accepted by the Administration department of Lamarencalma.com

 Who can pay using Bank money order?

Bank money order can only be used by those that are registered as companies or autonomous (self-employees); and only for amounts greater than 500 €.

 

5.- PayPal

Who can use it?

PayPal allows sending payments in Internet  to those customers that have e-mail in a safe, comfortable and profitable way. There will be an additional commission in this service of 3,5% of the order.

 What is it based on?

The PayPal network is based on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards, to create a global solution of real time payments. PayPal offers a service that is specially targeted to those that are not satisfied by traditional payment methods.

 

4.-Delivery and shipping methods

Where is the delivery of the purchase made?

Lamarencalma.com obliges itself to deliver the purchase made by the customer in the buyer’s address, as indicated in the order form. It will always be to a particular address, and never to Post Office Boxes.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

In the shortest possible time. Always before 30 days from the date of the order submitting. If there is stock, the delivery will take from 1 to 3 working days in Peninsula and from 3 to 4 in Balearic Islands.

When are the delivery expenses free?

During 2011, 2012 and 2013,  all your shipments within Spain will always be completely free, regardless the amount of your purchase. 

Out of this promotion for Spain,  the delivery expenses will be free for orders greater than 100€, VAT included and a weight inferior to 70 kg.

For those orders that include wakes and/or skis, there is a charge of 10€ VAT included, for transportation of each pair of skis or wakes. The amount corresponding to the wakes and/or skis, will not be taken into account t for the free delivery calculation.

What happens if the addresses are not correct?

If the delivery address is not correctly filled in by the customer, the orders sent by mail will be automatically returned and Lamarencalma.com will NOT be responsible nor for the time that this returned order can take and nor for the sending costs the second time. The Spanish Post Office can take from 2 to 5 weeks in Spain to complete de returned packages and a lot more in the rest of the countries. Returned packages are an extremely low process. Please, make sure that your delivery address complete and accurate, if it is a shop or a company, please introduce the name too. In the case of choosing special delivery, we STRONGLY REQUEST you to please introduce the address where you will be collecting the order, because if you change that address, we will incur an additional cost that we are not billing you.

When confirming these BUYING CONDITIONS, the customer compromises to pay second delivery in case of returns due to incomplete or non accurate addresses.

And in Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

The delivery to Canary Islands takes about 4 working days by airmail and 10 working days by sea mail. In the case of Ceuta and Melilla the timeframe varies between 7 and 10 working days.

The delivery expenses will be free for orders greater than 99 €, if the weight is less thatn 20 kg. For smaller amounts, the sending expenses will be calculated depending on the weight of the orders.

For those orders that include wakes and/or skis, there is a charge of 10€ VAT included, for transportation of each pair of skis or wakes. The amount corresponding to the wakes and/or skis, will not be taken into account t for the free delivery calculation.

 

5.- Warranty

What is the warranty of the purchased products?

The customers of Lamarencalma.com benefit from the warranty of the manufacturers of the items offered.

What is not included in the Warranty?

The defects or damages due to a misuse of the product or the wear produced as a result of its regular use. The functionality limitations or cut downs in the products, are also excluded from this warranty when they are due to their own conception.

 

6.- Returns and change of materials

When is it a voluntary return?

A voluntary return, or right of dismissal, is when the item is in perfect state but the customer is not convinced. This does not include ropes, boat crafts and engines.

How many days are available for returning the product voluntarily - right of dismissal?

The customer has 7 working days to exercise the right of dismissal, that is, to communicate the intention of returning the product.

The return of non wanted products after their reception can be done in no more than 7 working days from the date of the exercise of the right of dismissal.

In what state must be the product to be returned voluntarily - right of dismissal?

The product has to be in perfect state, with the original packaging and labeling and in the same box in which it was sent. In case of clothes or shoes, they have to be unused to be returned.

Remember that ropes, boats and engines cannot be returned.

When will I get the refund of my purchase?

After approving the refund (the items must be in perfect state and have the corresponding labels), you will get a confirmation e-mail informing you that the refund will be done by bank transfer or credit card, depending on the payment method that you chose (remember that the refund to the credit card always depends on your bank).

Are there any charges not included in the refund?

In the case of the exercise of the right of dismissal, the only expenses paid by the customer, will be the shipment expenses and the refund commissions of the transportation company.

The shipment expenses and the refund commissions of the transportation company will only be refunded in the case of mistake in the shipment or faulty goods.

What should I do if the returned amout is not  correct?

You must contact our Customer Service Deparment, we will solve your problem as soon as possible.

What if the product is faulty?

Lamarencalma.com only sells products in perfect state, but if it was not the case, please send an e-mail to info@lamarencalma.com, telling us the order number, the product reference, the product description, with a brief explanation of the defect. Our Customer Service department will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

You will have to pay the delivery. If you prefer, we can take care of the collection for a fixed cost of six euros (€ 6)

 

7.- Liability limitations

What is the customer liability?

The nautical activities (sailing, snorkel, water skiing, etc) are intrinsically dangerous, so damage can be produced. It is the customer responsibility to be technically prepared to use the items that Lamarencalma.com distributes.

Where can these general conditions be interpreted?

The current general conditions will be interpreted according to the Spanish Law.
